Senior Agile Project Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d)

Deine Fähigkeit, strategische Visionen in konkrete Umsetzungspläne zu verwandeln und dabei stets den Kundenfokus im Blick zu behalten, ist für uns von größter Bedeutung!
  • Koordination des Anforderungsmanagements (z. B. in Workshops bis hin zur Erstellung von Requirements Pages); Arbeiten mit dem Product Backlog (Jira)
  • Arbeiten im Scrum Kontext: Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Scrum Events
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteam und Scrum Master auf Augenhöhe in Richtung stetiger Verbesserung des Produkts und der Prozesse
  • Transparente Führung eines Impediment Logs, Handling von Change Requests sowie Dokumentation von Entscheidungen und deren Auswirkungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Kunden und Stakeholder Management
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Steering Committees
  • Ressourcenplanung und permanentes Projektcontrolling (Zeit / Budget)
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch im Projektmanagement Team und Mitarbeit an der projektübergreifenden Weiterentwicklung der Projekt- und Support-Prozesse
  • Koordination von internen Projektbeteiligten sowie externen Dienstleistern (z.B. Hoster, Softwarehersteller etc.)
  • Pflege des Revenue Forecasts

Was du mitbringen solltest
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Schnittstelle zwischen anspruchsvollen Kunden und interner Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung als kundenorientierter Dienstleister in einer E-Commerce Agentur, Werbeagentur, einem ERP-Systemhaus oder auf Kundenseite (E-Commerce)
  • Tiefes Verständnis für agile Methoden und Frameworks wie Scrum und Kanban sowie Erfahrung in agilen Teams
  • Fähigkeit zur Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projekte und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Ergebnissen und Prozessen im agilen Kontext
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und präzise zu vermitteln sowie Workshops zu moderieren
  • Höchstmaß an Teamfähigkeit und Wohlfühlen in agilen Strukturen
  • Erfahrungen mit relevanten (Projektmanagement-) Tools (z. B. Atlassian Jira, Confluence) oder schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Themen
  • Wertschätzungskultur und Respekt sowie der Wunsch, einen positiven Beitrag zu unserer Arbeitsumgebung zu leisten

  • Coordination of requirements management (e.g. in workshops through to the creation of requirements pages); Working with the Product Backlog (Jira)
  • Working in a Scrum context: Preparing and executing Scrum events
  • Collaboration with the development team and Scrum Master on an equal footing towards continuous improvement of the product and processes
  • Transparent management of an impediment log, handling of change requests and documentation of decisions and their effects
  • Independent customer support and stakeholder management
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of steering committees
  • Resource planning and permanent project controlling (time / budget)
  • Regular exchange in the project management team and participation in the cross-project development of the project and support processes
  • Coordination of internal project participants and external service providers (e.g. hosters, software manufacturers, etc.)
  • Maintenance of revenue forecast

You should have
  • Several years of experience at the interface between demanding customers and internal software development
  • Experience as a customer-oriented service provider in an e-commerce agency, advertising agency, an ERP system house or on the customer side (e-commerce)
  • Deep understanding of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban as well as experience in agile teams
  • Ability to manage interdisciplinary projects and continuously optimize results and processes in an agile context
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and precisely and to moderate workshops
  • Maximum ability to work in a team and feel comfortable in agile structures
  • Experience with relevant (project management) tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Confluence) or quick familiarization with new topics
  • Culture of appreciation and respect as well as the desire to make a positive contribution to our work environment
